Roofmaster was commissioned to strip up and replace a flat roof at Cygnet Health’s High Security Mental Health Facility in Bury, Greater Manchester, with a new, insulated, 25 year Fire Resistant built up felt roof system.

The Project:
Working with our long standing client we were asked to strip up and relay an existing built up felt roof at a high security mental health hospital. Works were coordinated closely with the client and staff at the Facility, as all operatives had to be chaperoned at all times. It was imperative that a meticulous plan and programme was developed and strictly adhered to whilst delivering a new insulated built up felt roof system.
