Roofmaster was tasked with delivering an extensive array of roofing services for an impressively vast leisure center located in Watford. The scope of work encompassed overlaying an existing roof, installing a new insulated built up roof system, new rooflights and architectural wall cladding to meet the project's unique requirements.
Scope of Work For Watford Woodside
Roofmaster provided the following services for the project:
A combination of overlaying the existing roof with a new insulated polyester based felt roof system. Including new retro fit rainwater outlets and aluminium cappings designed and fitted by Roofmaster.
A new swimming pool roof (approx. 2000m2) comprising of a structural steel roof deck, heat activated vapour control layer, cut to fall insulation, high performance underlay, a polyester based mineral faced cap sheet and a new bespoke aluminium rooflight.
Supply and installation of (approx. 2500m2) Kingspan architectural composite wall cladding, incorporating new aluminium closure flashings and window apertures to facilitate the installation of new glazing systems.
